Our property management program is designed to promptly satisfy the needs of each individual tenant to the mutual benefit of the tenant and the owner through prompt response to service requests, defensive preventative maintenance programs and 24-hour emergency services.
Our property management services are efficient and financially sound, caring and attentive to the needs of the tenants and the community. This is accomplished by securing and maintaining healthy tenancy levels while preserving assets and controlling expenses. A management ethic that translates to a harmonious relationship, not just between management and owner, but also between management and tenants.
We believe that constant communication with our tenants will aid in ensuring their complete satisfaction. Therefore, we have developed several means of communication such as performing annual surveys that allow the tenant to convey their needs and/or suggestions, providing manuals that offer detailed information about the property's operating procedures, periodic meetings with all tenants, displaying message boards on our website, and the production of monthly newsletters. Additionally, in appreciation of our tenants, we hold bi-annual social events in our lobbies.
